


Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
This policy applies to all scenic tickets, group tour products, cultural and creative goods and intangible cultural heritage products purchased on our official website.
1. Unused electronic tickets can be fully refunded 24 hours before the scheduled travel date. A 20% service fee will be charged for refunds within 24 hours before departure.
2. Used, verified or reserved tickets are not eligible for refund.
3. Full refund or free rescheduling will be provided if travel is suspended due to scenic spot closure, policy adjustment and other force majeure reasons.
1. Full refund for cancellation 7 days or more before departure.
2. 30% penalty fee will be charged for cancellation within 3 to 7 days before departure.
3. 50% penalty fee will be charged for cancellation within 3 days before departure.
4. No refund for absent tourists on departure day or voluntary abandonment of travel itinerary.
5. Full refund is available if the trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, traffic control and other irresistible factors.
1. Unused and intact goods can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt, and the buyer shall bear the shipping fee.
2. We are responsible for all shipping fees and provide replacement or full refund for goods with original quality defects and damage.
3. Custom intangible cultural heritage products do not support unreasonable return without quality problems.
1. All refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 3-7 working days after approval.
2. Please contact our customer service timely if you have any objections to the refund result.
3. We reserve the right to revise this policy, and the revised terms shall take effect once published online.
