Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All product photos and display images are taken in-kind to truly restore the product’s appearance, color, material and details. The item you receive will be consistent with the style shown on our website.

For some handmade cultural and creative products and items made of natural materials, slight differences in texture, size and color may exist due to handcrafting. These are normal craftsmanship features, which will not affect use or appearance and do not count as quality defects. We implement strict quality control and pre-shipment inspections to guarantee genuine quality. Every order is carefully packaged before delivery, so you can shop with confidence.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing your order, a digital receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also log in to your account, go to “My Orders” and open the order details to view, download and save your receipt. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. Feel free to contact our support team for further help.

How can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Please contact our support team with your order number, return reason and product photos.

Items must be unused, in original condition with original packaging, tags and all accessories intact.

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective returns. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We will restock some popular products on a regular basis and update inventory timely.
Limited-edition, handmade exclusive and discontinued products will not be restocked once sold out.You can subscribe to the restock alert on the product page, and you will be notified by email once the item is available again.
